Our Story 

Hello! I am Katie Arickx, owner and your photographer at Arickx Photography. I found a love for photography and art at an early age. When I was young you'd find me around our family farm with our little point and shoot taking photos of anything I loved and once I got into high school you'd find me in the dark room processing black and white film, snapping photos of classmates and friends and taking every art course I could.

For the past 17 years I have owned a full service studio, located in downtown Osage, Iowa. I mainly shoot with natural light, on and off location, worldwide. I love pushing limits,trying new techniques and thinking out of the box with art. I love capturing real authentic moments with high quality true to color images. (and I am a sucker for true black and white images!) I am fully licensed and insured. I take pride in offering a unique and fun experience with beautiful art and memories to my clients.
